In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data, by means of this document I authorize the "Association  Our Belgian Shepherds " with CIF G34285429, and with address at Av. Casado del Alisal, 49 - 4ºA, 34001 Palencia, giving my consent for the processing of my personal data so that they can be incorporated into the Members File, for possible communications from here in later, its use in the catalogs of exhibitions and other activities of the Association.

The "Association Our Belgian Shepherds" guarantees that the appropriate measures have been adopted in the use of the files. guaranteeing the confidentiality of my personal data, and that these will not be used for purposes other than those indicated.

Likewise, I am aware of my right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, through the procedures established in Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data.
